Main objective of pulling out these details is why the government is not supportive in government led companies and why it is heading towards privatization of government organizations?

The main reason behind this move is negligence of government employees which eventually making the government companies lose its business in long run. No doubt the government employee’s negligence in their work is a very old story but then too the government organizations were getting established and growing.

Let us think for a moment that the employees are high at their negligence in their work. Why cannot the government take necessary steps and actions on their behalf to overcome the situations and make them work proactively. After all the employees are directly contributing to the production of the country which ultimately is contributing in the country’s economy and the GDP basically.

When the government can introduce motor vehicle act and charging heavy fines on civilians, why cannot there be a strong law which could make the government employees work full fledged for the company’s growth.

My View – When the government will be strong, so will be the people working under the government. If there will be negligence on the government part, the same will be seen in the entire tree and its branches under the heads. Strong implementation of rules and regulations would bring positive results. I believe that the government should stop privatization of government companies and should work on making them more productive.
